Base Salary
$73k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot for AI-powered Zoom Contact Center applications.
- Build prompt strategies, context-management logic, and basic agent workflows.
- Develop task execution logic, data-handling pipelines, and error-management capabilities for AI-driven data flows.
- Instrument services with logging and monitoring to track performance, latency, and correctness in testing and production.
- Translate analytical requirements into production-ready code with data scientists, product managers, and senior engineers.
- Contribute to AI evaluation and orchestration pipelines using vector databases, semantic search, AI orchestration frameworks, and OLAP databases.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; recent graduates or candidates within the last one to two years are eligible.
- Foundational software engineering experience through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Basic understanding of relational SQL or non-relational NoSQL database design.
- Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, large language models, or AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
- Willingness to learn distributed systems, WebSockets, and LLMOps practices.
