Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as an independent contributor to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to clarify product requirements and ship impactful features.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to architect new features.
- Adopt an experimentation mindset to validate customer needs and launch rapid MVPs.
- Ensure quality is a critical pillar of software deliverables.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to instrument and deploy new product experiments.
- Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.
- Monitor and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership from feature design to production release.
- Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and have fun.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action.
