Responsibilities
- Translate financial crime oversight requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Own financial crime oversight dashboards and metrics, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Support financial crime rule tuning and AI-enabled control changes across systems.
- Lead the build and rollout of oversight tooling and third-party integrations.
- Implement logging and monitoring for audits and regulatory exams.
- Lead technical delivery of remediation-driven updates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery or compliance-related technology roles.
- Experience with automated, rules-based, or AI-enabled systems in regulated environments.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, and system integrations.
- Experience with third-party vendor integrations.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
