Responsibilities
- Provide support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.
- Work on operations- and maintenance-driven coding projects.
- Develop tools to support operations and maintenance.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Prepare system and support status reports.
- Own one or more digital products or components.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of software development or 3+ years of technical support experience.
- Have experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Have experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
- Preferred: experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
