Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
- Develop plugins and tools for generative-AI models and agentic AI solutions, moving proof-of-concepts into production-ready software.
- Integrate AI functionality with modules and agents developed by other teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams on software delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable, reliable, and performant solutions.
- Own key features and components from concept through delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding, testing, documentation, and software quality best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C# and Microsoft .NET.
- Experience building AI solutions, preferably including 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with generative-AI tools such as OpenAI for Azure and protocols such as A2A and MCP, including plugins and function calls through MAF.
- Comprehensive practical understanding of application architecture across frontend and backend systems.
- Proficiency with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
