Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Write scalable and testable code while implementing comprehensive end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate on architectural planning for new features, services, and integrations.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance cardholder experiences and drive growth.
- Troubleshoot production issues across micro-services during on-call assignments.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Proven experience with APIs and database systems like MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development.
