Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for big data projects from architectural design to model deployment.
- Collaborate with account teams to execute high-impact engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building credibility with security executives.
- Enable clients through workshops and developing customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap with data-driven insights.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Establish and refine the sales qualification and POC intake process.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role in cybersecurity.
- Experience with design and implementation of data and AI applications in cybersecurity.
- Proficient in programming and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep experience in security operations and familiarity with data engineering.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
