Responsibilities
- Design and implement test analysis systems that identify quality gaps, predict failure patterns, and improve test effectiveness.
- Build systems that collect, analyze, and act on testing data to continuously improve quality processes.
- Use AI-powered tools for test automation, failure analysis, and automated root-cause identification.
- Establish quality methodologies beyond pass/fail metrics, with emphasis on regression prevention and production reliability.
- Define maintainable test-architecture patterns aligned with business impact.
- Drive systematic regression tracking and prevent recurring regressions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on quality initiatives.
- Mentor engineers in test architecture, automation design, and AI-assisted quality assurance.
Requirements
- Expertise in test architecture and automation-systems design.
- Programming experience in multiple languages, with Python as a core requirement.
- Expertise in test automation involving embedded systems in the loop.
- Demonstrated success leading test-transformation initiatives that improved test effectiveness and reduced production issues.
- Ability to design, implement, and optimize AI-tool and predictive-analytics solutions for quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, and AWS, including their optimization for quality gates.
- Experience analyzing test flakiness, recognizing failure patterns, and automating root-cause identification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving organizational change in testing practices.
- Experience as a project QA lead, development lead, or in a similar capacity.
- Certifications or training in AI/ML or AI-driven testing approaches.
