Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent test analysis systems to identify quality gaps.
- Collect, analyze, and act on testing data to improve quality processes.
- Implement systematic regression tracking to prevent regression reoccurrence.
- Establish methodologies for measuring and improving test quality.
- Leverage AI tools for automated failure analysis and root cause identification.
- Define architectural patterns for effective and maintainable testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with test architecture and automation systems design.
- 8+ years of programming experience, particularly with Python.
- Proven track record in driving test transformation and improving test effectiveness.
- Expertise in AI for testing, including LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins and AWS.
- Advanced skills in test analysis, including flakiness analysis and failure pattern recognition.
- Excellent communication skills to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Some working knowledge of C++.
- Leadership experience in mentoring engineers and driving change in testing practices.
- Certifications or training in AI/ML or AI testing.
