Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent test analysis systems that identify quality gaps, predict failure patterns, and optimize test effectiveness.
- Build systems that collect, analyze, and act on testing data to continuously improve quality processes.
- Track regressions systematically and implement processes to prevent their recurrence.
- Establish methods for measuring and improving test quality beyond pass/fail metrics.
- Use AI-powered tools for automated failure analysis, root cause identification, and test flakiness scoring.
- Define architectural patterns that make testing more effective, maintainable, and aligned with business impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with test architecture and automation systems design.
- At least 8 years of programming experience across multiple languages, including Python.
- Experience leading test transformation initiatives that improve test effectiveness and reduce production issues.
- Ability to design and optimize testing solutions using LLMs, AI, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, and AWS for continuous integration and quality gates.
- Experience analyzing test flakiness, recognizing failure patterns, and automating root cause identification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Some working knowledge of C++.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving organizational change in testing practices.
- Certifications or training in AI/ML or AI testing is beneficial, including programs such as Coursera AI for Everyone, Google AI Engineer, or ISTQB AI Testing Foundation.
