Base Salary
$163k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own orchestration frameworks and agent architecture for AI-based workflows.
- Build and harden agentic workflows for production use.
- Design prompt architecture and tool/API integrations across agentic systems.
- Translate data science methodology and evaluation criteria into deployed production-grade agents.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and cost controls for LLM-based systems in production.
- Document agent architecture, prompt design, and tool integrations for governance and audit needs.
- Improve workflow reliability, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data analytics, data science, and governance partners on data quality, compliance, and workflow effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software or ML engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 7 years with a master’s degree.
- Notable experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or similar.
- Strong software engineering background, including production system design and testing.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and exposure to MLOps practices such as evaluation, monitoring, and cost control.
- Healthcare data experience is preferred.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills for scientific, technical, regulatory, and business audiences.
- Ability to drive transformational change, engage diverse technical and business stakeholders, and apply technology to the life sciences sector.
