Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and hands-on development of enterprise-grade Python full stack applications.
- Design scalable Python microservices, REST APIs, service integrations, and reusable application frameworks.
- Define API, business-service, orchestration, persistence, and frontend boundaries and produce technical design and architecture documentation.
- Implement secure APIs with authentication, authorization, role-based access control, validation, exception handling, logging, and audit trails.
- Develop React-based micro frontends, reusable components, hooks, shared libraries, UI patterns, and frontend standards.
- Integrate React applications with Python APIs and microservices.
- Lead or contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, automated testing, security scanning, packaging, and deployments.
- Perform daily code and pull-request reviews, guide developers, and ensure application quality, security, performance, maintainability, and auditability.
- Partner with DevOps teams and support testing and production releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced Python development experience with strong experience in Django and FastAPI.
- Experience with Django REST Framework, Flask or similar Python frameworks, API design, microservices architecture, authentication and authorization, ORM and database integration, asynchronous processing, API versioning, and exception handling.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using Pytest or comparable tools.
- Strong React development experience, including TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, component-based architecture, React Hooks, state-management patterns, API integration, and micro frontend architecture.
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD and enterprise development platforms such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and own application technical design.
