Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, test, maintain, and modify full-stack software applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot errors, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, analysts, managers, and engineering staff.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and complete assigned certifications for skill development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop, debug, test, document, and improve software applications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
