Responsibilities

  • Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications, including managing releases and maintaining system stability.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications such as HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Knowledge Base.
  • Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, catalog items, and record producers.
  • Design workflows and automations for onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, case routing, approvals, and task management.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub with HR systems and identity tools.
  • Write and maintain server-side and client-side JavaScript, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for availability, reliability, compatibility, and performance.
  • Gather requirements with cross-functional teams, document configuration changes, maintain knowledge base articles, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • 15 years of full-time education are required.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration options.
  • Experience with APIs, integration techniques, low-code development platforms, and application customization.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, legacy workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
  • Ability to analyze system performance, solve technical problems, implement stability improvements, work independently, and contribute as a subject-matter expert.
