Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into AI/ML solutions and AI-driven Salesforce agents.
- Integrate and configure LLMs and AI services for Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Develop custom components, templates, and integrations for Agentforce.
- Embed, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot intelligent AI-powered agents in Salesforce environments.
- Provide recommendations on data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives.
- Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce.
Requirements
- Experience bridging business needs and advanced AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.
- Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Salesforce AI Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are required.
