Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate local and remote training and upskilling sessions on AI tools.
- Provide technical assistance to teams building AI and workflow automation solutions.
- Design and optimize workflows using API integrations and prompt engineering.
- Experiment with and evaluate new AI tools, features, and functionalities.
- Participate in pilot testing and prepare for new AI tool launches.
- Support team updates, data reporting, communications, troubleshooting, and hands-on AI tool configuration.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Some experience with AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in AI-driven process automation.
- Structured problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, collaboration, adaptability, and fast learning skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
