Responsibilities
- Build and ship Tacto’s analytics engine to identify savings opportunities across millions of procurement data rows.
- Develop production AI features including anomaly detection, opportunity scoring, and agentic workflows.
- Build polished customer-facing procurement flows using React and Next.js.
- Own problems end to end from identifying the opportunity through aligning stakeholders, reducing risk, shipping, and realizing business value.
- Work across the stack and translate procurement domain concepts such as suppliers, materials, contracts, and indices into product functionality.
Requirements
- Experience shipping real production software in a modern product team, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products.
- Daily experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, or agents, including building something AI-leveraged that would not otherwise have existed.
- Depth in modern Python with FastAPI, async programming, and SQL, or TypeScript with React and Next.js, with motivation to work across the stack.
- Comfort working with data and SQL; ClickHouse experience is a plus.
- Experience building AI-backed product features or a strong commitment to learning how to build them.
- Ability to think in business and domain concepts rather than only technical endpoints.
