Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions using Workday Extend and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize software for performance and scalability.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday Extend.
- Strong experience designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies in software development projects.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing software for performance and scalability.
- Strong understanding of the software lifecycle and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
