Responsibilities
- Build and maintain assigned software solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
- Monitor platform and service health, ongoing work, changes, and related risks.
- Coordinate with analysts, infrastructure, support, Product, Data Science, SRE, Platform, and other dependent teams.
- Participate in architecture, implementation, technical trade-off, planning, analysis, and estimation discussions.
- Provide support to other teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Document important technical decisions and operational procedures and participate in knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, Airflow, PostgreSQL, databases, Snowflake, Kafka, CI/CD, and GitHub repositories.
- Good understanding of AWS and infrastructure.
- Ability to monitor platform operations, coordinate stakeholders, and assess platform-related risks.
