Responsibilities
- Translate business and strategic questions into actionable, AI-assisted analyses and executive decisions.
- Identify, prioritize, design, and deploy scalable AI and automation solutions for strategy workflows.
- Build reusable AI-enabled workflows, agents, templates, modules, playbooks, and accelerators for activities such as competitor monitoring, earnings tracking, regulatory intelligence, and voice-of-customer analysis.
- Lead AI-augmented research, competitive intelligence, market sizing, opportunity mapping, and TAM/SAM/PAM modeling.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, valuation, NPV/IRR analysis, segment P&L analysis, and pricing analysis.
- Support M&A by screening targets with AI and generating investment theses.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms and collaborate with business, product, commercial, technology, IT, and P&L stakeholders.
- Coach strategy team members on prompting, research workflows, source validation, and AI-fluent execution.
- Independently own workstreams from problem framing through solution deployment and maintain rigorous validation of AI outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field is required; an MBA, MS, M-Tech, or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 3–4+ years of experience in AI transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled business building is required.
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying 0–1 AI, GenAI, analytics, automation, or workflow solutions in a business environment is required.
- Working knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt design, reusable AI workflows, and frontier AI tools is required.
- Strong skills in TAM/SAM/PAM modeling, scenarios, sensitivities, NPV/IRR, valuation, research synthesis, and source triangulation are required.
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms is required.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code, including tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; Python or equivalent scripting capability is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency implementing AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, Crew AI, and Glean is required.
- Experience with enterprise data environments such as SAP and Databricks or cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.
- Experience with LLM-powered solutions, RAG systems, agentic workflows, AI research tools, or AI-enabled knowledge management is strongly preferred.
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Senior Data Scientist experience and experience in strategy consulting, analytics, or corporate/product strategy are strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, coaching, ownership, and ability to explain AI workflows to technical and non-technical audiences are required.
