Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Flutter-based mobile platform with native integrations for audio capture and offline reliability.
- Build and improve foundational mobile frameworks for audio processing, caching, and state management.
- Strengthen mobile reliability by reducing crashes and improving release readiness.
- Collaborate with product, backend, AI, and design teams to address infrastructure needs.
- Shape the technical direction for mobile architecture as the product scales.
- Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across mobile.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with deep expertise in iOS, Android, or both.
- Strong native mobile skills in Swift/iOS and/or Kotlin/Android.
- Experience in Flutter-based mobile codebases is a plus.
- Experience building or maintaining production-grade mobile infrastructure at scale.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, CI/CD, and reliability best practices.
- Ownership mindset with a strong bias for action.
