Responsibilities
- Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, automation accelerators, reusable templates, deployment accelerators, and agentic solution patterns in federal customer environments.
- Own the technical success of strategic federal civilian customers and advise them throughout their UiPath journey.
- Assess customer environments, identify technical risks and opportunities, and drive actions that accelerate adoption and measurable mission value.
- Guide platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, upgrades, performance optimization, troubleshooting, scalability, governance, and reliability.
- Deliver hands-on technical support, solution development, proof-of-concept creation, troubleshooting, code reviews, workshops, presentations, technical reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Partner with customer technical teams to design compliant solutions using automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and agentic capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Support, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Infrastructure, and security teams.
- Support AI governance, security, and compliance requirements involving FedRAMP, FISMA, and other federal frameworks.
- Stay current on Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, automation technologies, and federal government trends.
- Maintain an understanding of contract utilization to drive shelfware consumption and positively impact commercial events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Direct hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise automation, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, tool or function design, agent orchestration, and output validation.
- Experience diagnosing complex technical challenges and balancing technical advisory work with hands-on troubleshooting, development, configuration, or solution design.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, customer-facing consulting, independent execution, and prioritization skills.
- Experience contributing reusable assets, best practices, and Client Success team enablement.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, MCP, Intelligent Document Processing, or related technologies is preferred.
- Experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, AI Center, Communications Mining, Document Understanding, Integration Service, and other advanced UiPath capabilities is preferred.
- Experience with .NET, C#, Java, Python, or similar programming languages is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Federal civilian government experience and familiarity with federal operational workflows and IT ecosystems are preferred.
- Understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, ATO processes, and government security requirements is preferred.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-or-higher clearance is preferred.
- Experience with GSA Schedule, SEWP, or other federal procurement mechanisms is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adopt AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is preferred.
- Ability to attend in-person collaboration in Northern Virginia twice a month.
