Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Build efficient, scalable, and high-quality frontend applications aligned with business objectives.
- Champion accessibility using WCAG guidelines, semantic markup, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader testing.
- Contribute to and evolve the shared component library with UX/UI designers.
- Collaborate with business partners to clarify and refine requirements.
- Share knowledge across teams and provide frontend technical guidance to peers.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years on a complex long-term project, with a strong frontend focus.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong command of HTML, modern CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility, including WCAG guidelines, semantic markup, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader testing.
- Experience with a design system or component library and close collaboration with UX/UI designers.
- Understanding of development lifecycle management with Git and BitBucket, including hands-on Pull Request experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum, an adaptable mindset, and willingness to adopt productivity-enhancing AI tools.
- Java, Spring, and PostgreSQL experience are nice to have.
