Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and well-tested frontend components.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and technical design decisions.
- Ensure performance, security, accessibility, usability, and maintainability standards.
- Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and application delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex frontend and integration issues.
- Coach and mentor developers and share frontend engineering knowledge.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI, Product Owners, and distributed stakeholders across Portugal and the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Professional software development experience with strong frontend development experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
- Understanding of component-based development and state management.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
- Understanding of web performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile and Continuous Delivery environments.
- Ability to take ownership, challenge technical approaches constructively, and explain technical trade-offs.
- Strong collaboration, communication, peer-review, and code-review skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
