Responsibilities
- Develop the frontend for the open-source chat interface and enterprise search platform.
- Create a beautiful core search and chat experience with animations and speed.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and founders.
- Set frontend priorities and establish best practices.
- Build an exceptional design and frontend engineering culture.
- Guide contributors in the open-source community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with complex, user-facing applications.
- In-depth experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, NextJS, and modern frontend technologies.
- Strong product and design intuition.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
