Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build frontend experiences for the open-source chat interface, enterprise search platform, and agent builder
- Develop search and chat functionality including workspace search, internet search, code interpreter, artifacts, and deep research
- Set frontend priorities and best practices
- Build an exceptional design and frontend engineering culture
- Collaborate closely with the design team and founders
- Foster the open-source community and guide contributors on frontend additions
Requirements
- At least 4 years of frontend engineering experience building complex, user-facing applications
- In-depth experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern frontend technologies
- Strong product and design intuition
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Python and Postgres is a bonus
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a bonus
- Previous founder or early engineer experience at a seed- or Series A-stage startup is a bonus
