Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and AKS across production and test environments.
- Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and maintain Kubernetes tooling including Helm and Kustomize.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Write and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules and support Azure networking, identity, and cloud-native services.
- Instrument monitoring and observability systems, respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and implement reliability improvements.
- Apply secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement practices.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational guides while participating in code and infrastructure reviews.
Requirements
- BTech, MTech, or MCA degree.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Solid production Kubernetes experience, with familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift or AKS.
- Working proficiency with Terraform and ArgoCD.
- Practical experience with Azure networking, identity, and cloud-native tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and security fundamentals.
- Experience migrating workloads to Kubernetes or working with on-premises Kubernetes deployments.
- Familiarity with containerization strategies and legacy application modernization.
- AWS experience or exposure to multi-cloud environments is preferred.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work under the guidance of principal-level engineers.
