Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, customize, and operate Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Implement regional and global business requirements across Salesforce systems for retail and investment management banking clients.
- Develop Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, test classes, flows, automations, data manipulations, and screen flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms, including API and RESTful service integrations.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and testing teams to deliver scalable CRM products.
- Apply Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, platform-limit mitigation, version control, and deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree in Software Engineering is also listed.
- Relevant experience in Salesforce click and code development.
- Mandatory certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Administration, along with Salesforce Developer or related certifications.
- Proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce administration, and configuration.
- Experience designing, developing, unit testing, and integrating Salesforce customizations and applications.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD infrastructure, DevOps practices, Salesforce DX, Git, and SFDX.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, SOQL, API integration, RESTful services, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, Apex testing, deployment, and the full development life cycle.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Oracle Cloud and Salesforce JavaScript certifications are listed.
