Responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy AI and machine learning models into production environments.
- Design and implement MLOps and AIOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.
- Create model monitoring systems, detect model drift, and implement automated retraining.
- Architect scalable AI solutions using cloud and edge computing technologies.
- Develop and maintain microservice architectures supporting AI deployments.
- Implement data pipelines for training and inference across diverse data types.
- Collaborate with data scientists, Generative AI Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate AI capabilities into core business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with 7+ years of experience; or a master’s degree with 5+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with demonstrated success delivering production AI systems.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks.
- Strong expertise in containerization and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with data-processing technologies and database systems.
- Programming expertise in Python and familiarity with other programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and requirements and willingness to travel occasionally.
