Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize AI agents, operational assistants, and AI-enabled automation workflows for CLD/Sys.
- Implement AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and suitable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop RAG solutions connected to runbooks, technical documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational records.
- Integrate AI agents with Python scripts, REST APIs, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and service management platforms.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of AI applications and agent workflows.
- Own delivery from use-case identification and solution design through coding, integration, evaluation, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Create reusable components, document implementation patterns, and provide hands-on knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, governed, and supportable solutions.
Requirements
- A graduation-level qualification in B.Tech, MBA, BBM, BBA, or B.Com.
- 10–12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation.
- Strong hands-on implementation expertise, Python development, REST API skills, and enterprise integration experience.
- Strong implementation experience with at least one of Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with automated testing, software design patterns, secure coding, and maintainable application development.
- Experience with both Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock is preferred.
