Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Drive engineering best practices, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional software integration and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
