Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect component libraries and foundational TypeScript and React code.
- Facilitate feature teams with tooling and infrastructure to maintain quality and velocity.
- Promote high-quality craft through code reviews and documentation.
- Scale a rich component library emphasizing reusability and user experience.
- Write tests and structured briefs for reliable development workflows.
- Identify pain points and implement technical improvements.
- Design and build interactive, performant music exploration experiences.
- Focus on performance, accessibility, and product craftsmanship.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping production web apps.
- Advanced expertise in TypeScript, React, NextJS, and CSS.
- Experience building modular and maintainable complex responsive web apps.
- Ability to translate prototypes into production-ready code without compromising quality.
- Strong obsession with user experience and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Passion for web performance metrics.
