Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, solution design, technical workshops, and success-criteria definition.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and demonstrate BankingOS solutions and prototypes.
- Develop Agentic Banking solutions involving AI agents, banking knowledge, tools, workflows, orchestration, monitoring, and error handling.
- Coordinate with Sales, Value Consultants, Solutions Architects, Product, Services, partners, and customers to manage dependencies and trade-offs.
- Own the Digital Solution Document covering customer journeys, integrations, decisions, dependencies, and production controls.
- Lead validation of AI reliability, data privacy, security, and agent autonomy.
- Support implementation by aligning Services teams and partners and resolving technical questions.
- Mentor colleagues, create reusable solution assets, and share customer feedback with the product team.
Requirements
- Experience designing complex enterprise solutions in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise software presales.
- Strong knowledge of retail, business, corporate banking, or wealth management.
- Practical experience with AI agents, knowledge retrieval, AI applications, orchestration, tool integration, testing, monitoring, and error handling.
- Ability to build, test, and troubleshoot solutions using AI-assisted development tools while applying strong validation and data-handling practices.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud, identity, security, and data flows.
- Ability to communicate with senior executives and engineers and explain business and technical trade-offs.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently when requirements are unclear.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
