Base Salary

$135k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for processing large image datasets.
Develop and deploy infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and inference.
Design and implement intelligent active sampling infrastructure for data collection.
Stay updated with current literature in computer vision and apply advancements to systems.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate ML solutions into robotics systems.
Work closely with agronomists and farmers to translate crop biology into ML features.
Support different parts of the software stack as needed.

2+ years of industry experience building production-grade data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch.
Strong experience with data engineering tools such as Pandas, SQL, and MLFlow.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and containerization tools like Docker.
Experience working with large amounts of real-world training data.
Familiarity with MLops software for consistent deployment of ML models.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
