Base Salary
$200k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue data warehouse, including schema design, data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and performance.
- Operate and evolve 80+ production services for churn-signal synchronization, account scoring, enrichment, and reporting, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Build and extend the AI agent infrastructure that automates recurring RevOps and GTM work.
- Design and maintain integrations among HubSpot, the product database, billing systems, enrichment tools, and the analytics layer, including error handling and backfill tooling.
- Administer HubSpot Sales CRM, including object and field architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance.
- Own CRM data cleanup, deduplication, and governance to maintain accurate and trusted data.
- Optimize HubSpot for the representative experience through views, workflows, and automations.
- Set technical direction for the revenue systems estate, evaluate data and AI infrastructure, make build-versus-buy decisions, and maintain clear architecture documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or CRM administration within a revenue organization, with direct GTM experience required.
- Hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration experience covering workflows, property and object architecture, permissions, and data governance; deep Salesforce administration with HubSpot exposure may also qualify.
- Experience building and shipping agentic applications with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor that run real business processes in production.
- Track record of cleaning up and governing CRM data at scale and designing for the representative experience.
- Strong SQL and working Python skills, plus production experience with a data warehouse such as Postgres, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience building and operating production data pipelines and third-party API integrations, including error handling, monitoring, and backfills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous problems, fix root causes, document systems, make build-versus-buy decisions, and explain technical decisions to non-engineers.
