Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full agent platform, including internal- and client-facing React interfaces and backend APIs and services.
- Enable hundreds of internal users and dozens of enterprise clients through reliable, polished, production-ready features.
- Build foundational capabilities for new agent use cases, task formats, and client configurations.
- Ship high-leverage product features that improve internal productivity and customer-facing platform quality.
- Collaborate with Applied AI researchers, product, design, and operations to turn ambiguous requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production software.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with strong frontend architecture, state management, and design-pattern knowledge.
- Strong backend experience with Python and/or Node.js, including relational databases, REST APIs, and asynchronous task infrastructure.
- Experience with complex, high-throughput systems such as pipelines, large data volumes, or multi-tenant architectures.
- Strong design sense, usability focus, ownership, communication, and ability to navigate ambiguity and explain technical and product tradeoffs.
- Preferred experience with agent frameworks, LLM-powered products, human-in-the-loop AI workflows, design systems, developer-facing APIs, internal platform engineering, AI tools, real-time data, or data visualization.
- Experience at top-tier technology companies or fast-scaling startups is preferred.
