Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements with development and product management teams to create test strategies, plans, and scenarios.
- Extend and maintain automated test infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, end-to-end, and security test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality feature delivery.
- Report and manage defects in JIRA and perform root-cause analysis with detailed documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and provide mentorship on test automation and security testing best practices.
Requirements
- Higher technical school graduation in computer science or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of software quality assurance experience focused on application security.
- Proficiency with Python, Perl, or Go and automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, WebDriver, and pytest.
- Strong understanding of networking, application fundamentals, API security, security principles, OWASP vulnerabilities, and security testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and major public-cloud architectures.
- Experience with or knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON-RPC, gRPC, LLM security, and MCP security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
