Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technologists at global organizations.
- Guide customers through technical evaluations and architectural decisions.
- Deliver impactful technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept.
- Stay updated on Vault Platform innovations, including Veeva AI.
- Support the team in preparing and delivering winning presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or consulting, preferably on the Veeva Vault platform.
- Proven aptitude in software, AI, infrastructure, and SaaS.
- Knowledge of integration patterns such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Understanding of DevOps/ALM and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience creating architectural diagrams and technical specification documents.
- A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and passion for innovation.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%.
