Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture for identifying and enriching events in historical vehicle logs using Multimodal LLMs.
- Manage the off-board ingestion and fusion of various data types for holistic diagnostic context.
- Develop structured prompting templates for scenario evaluation using advanced AI techniques.
- Architect the integration of foundation models into the Metrics Engine for scalable LLM inference.
- Define and implement key metrics to evaluate autonomous vehicle performance.
- Deploy and manage a vector database for AV Driving Policies to support LLM evaluations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver enriched events and performance metrics.
- Drive R&D towards Direct Vector-LLM Fusion for off-board telemetry processing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI/ML, or autonomous vehicle systems development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
- Familiarity with local and cloud vector databases for output vector embeddings.
- Strong background in developing frameworks for calculating AV performance metrics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and understanding of software development principles.
