Base Salary
$196k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses and measurable objectives.
- Develop advanced ML models and methodologies to drive product innovation.
- Design and run live experiments to validate improvements.
- Build production-grade ML systems for low-latency ad serving.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and drive the ML strategy for Ad Serving.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship in machine learning best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning and data science.
- Deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale distributed ML systems.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in production.
- Solid software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala.
- Strong CS fundamentals and ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Publications in peer-reviewed conferences are a plus.
- Expertise in advertising is a plus.
