Base Salary

$176k - $320k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and implement generalizable metrics in Python to verify autonomous vehicle driving behavior.
Leverage machine learning models and safety metrics to evaluate end-to-end driving behavior.
Evaluate metrics using synthetic tests, log simulations, and real-world data.
Collaborate with various teams to develop acceptance criteria for metrics and tests.
Partner with simulation and test integration teams to automate verification workflows.
Generate performance and validation reports to ensure safe deployment of the autonomous system.

5+ years of technical work experience with 3+ years in software development.
Proficient in coding with Python or C++.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
Strong understanding of robotic systems architecture and module interactions.
Familiarity with simulation and real-world testing of autonomous systems.
Highly collaborative with strong analytical and communication skills.
