Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design on-call rotations, incident roles, and communication processes.
- Shape the platform roadmap by identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- Build and operate core reliability tools including observability and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product engineers to enhance service operability.
- Define initial SLOs in partnership with stakeholders.
- Investigate incidents and recommend process or code changes.
- Contribute to compliance and security measures for health data.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SRE, platform, DevOps, or backend roles with production ownership.
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating without a playbook.
