Base Salary
$115k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype, design, and implement new software and trusted infrastructure.
- Define and implement solutions for new and challenging technical problems.
- Design and build services that support customer security.
- Build and operate large-scale distributed systems, multi-tenant services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Independently lead technical initiatives and collaborate with software development, data science, business, and other technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in one or more high-level programming languages such as Java and/or Python.
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems or cloud services.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, data modeling, CI/CD and DevOps practices, observability, and operational tooling.
- Proven ability to independently lead technical initiatives.
- Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Strong security and network experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree, experience at a large cloud provider or Internet software company, experience building security- and network-related cloud products, application security and cloud infrastructure security platform knowledge, and experience with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.

- U.S. base salary range of $114,600 to $234,600 per annum, with potential bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
