Responsibilities
- Build and scale machine learning systems for content understanding.
- Develop models for classification, tagging, and content enrichment.
- Create high-quality content enrichment using LLMs and agentic systems.
- Design systems to provide content intelligence signals to teams and products.
- Improve automation for content quality and metadata enrichment.
- Collaborate with product, policy, and engineering teams to enhance user impact.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks, data pipelines, and annotation systems.
- Support rapid experimentation for new content signals.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with large datasets and a focus on data quality.
- Interest or experience in multimodal machine learning.
- Ability to design systems balancing automation with quality.
- Comfortable with complex problems and evolving requirements.
- Strong understanding of how models connect to product outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
