Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex technical projects from concept to production.
- Identify opportunities to simplify code and infrastructure for measurable business impact.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience is recommended.
- Experience with Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka is preferred.
- Ability to break down complex user stories into actionable tasks with minimal guidance.
- Strong understanding of technical trade-offs and the rationale behind code decisions.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies such as Java, gRPC, and AWS.
