Base Salary
$83k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
- Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to understand and automate workflows.
- Design and implement file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
- Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including its data model and integration contracts.
- Lead code reviews, establish technical standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Maintain test coverage, observability, and production health for owned services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building distributed backend systems in production.
- Proficiency building system prompts and using AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
- A track record of leading technical work across a team.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience with Databricks ETL/ELT workflows, domain-driven design, bounded context modeling, FHIR, HL7, EMR integrations, high-throughput and low-latency services, event sourcing, or CQRS.
- Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
