Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design a modern cloud-native platform with Elixir at its core.
- Develop a better access control system for clinical data.
- Ensure hospitals remain operational 24/7 with robust infrastructure.
- Architect an integration engine for real-time connections between medical devices.
- Rewire hospital workflows for improved data movement and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
- Experience building 0-1 products with a strong product sense.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions.
