Base Salary
$300k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable systems that reach millions of users and billions of events.
- Ensure reliability in handling terabytes of data syncs per customer.
- Coordinate complex workflows that automate critical go-to-market processes.
- Directly engage with customers through dedicated Slack channels to address questions and fix bugs.
- Contribute to the development of features that generate revenue for customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in building robust backend systems.
- Experience with Go for backend services.
- Familiarity with Kafka for large-scale data streaming.
- Knowledge of Temporal for durable job execution.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse as databases.
- Proficiency in GCP for cloud hosting.
- Startup mindset with a desire for early ownership in a fast-paced environment.
