Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and products end-to-end with engineers across the company
- Own user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics for assigned problems
- Drive roadmap direction, architectural design, and technical mentorship
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs
- Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence
- Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements
- Maintain high engineering standards and consistency across codebases, infrastructure, and processes
- Develop workflow infrastructure, scalable backend APIs, rule-evaluation engines, frontend user experiences, and workflow builders
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack products
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python
- Experience architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability distributed systems
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query performance tuning, and schema design
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
- Experience with ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and specialists in product, design, and operations is a bonus
- Experience driving initiatives at a broader organizational or company level is a bonus
- Experience running in-product experiments and A/B testing is a bonus
- Experience and interest in leveraging AI developer tools is a bonus
