Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Management & Pricing domain end-to-end, including backend and frontend development.
- Build and ship features independently without relying on separate teams.
- Collaborate with a PM-builder and designer to translate product ideas into production-ready features.
- Direct AI agents to generate code and manage development workflows.
- Ship code to production daily through an automated CI/CD pipeline.
- Write and maintain high-quality tests as a core part of development.
- Review AI-generated and cross-functional pull requests.
- Define best practices for AI-assisted development and testing.
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering experience, preferably with Django and React.
- Experience building and shipping production software used by real customers.
- Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools as part of the workflow.
- Ability to architect systems and review AI-generated code.
- Strong product mindset focused on solving user problems.
- Experience writing comprehensive tests as a standard part of development.
- Strong code review skills and judgment in evaluating code quality.
- Comfort working in small, high-ownership teams.
