Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build the intelligence layer for understanding work across people, code, systems, and AI.
- Create agents and workflows that assist with engineering planning and decision-making.
- Design context systems and retrieval capabilities for accurate AI operation.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness of human and AI systems.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities for AI-powered engineering workflows.
- Rapidly experiment with emerging models and tools to create customer-facing capabilities.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks in software delivery and improve processes.
- Help define what great engineering looks like in a collaborative human-AI environment.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- History of building products, systems, or automation.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
- Experience using AI to enhance development and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
