Responsibilities
- Build the intelligence layer that helps engineering organizations understand work across people, code, systems, and AI.
- Create agents and workflows that support engineering planning, delivery, review, quality, reliability, and decision-making.
- Design context systems, memory, tooling, and retrieval capabilities for accurate enterprise AI operation.
- Build evaluation frameworks measuring humans, AI, and human-AI systems against real engineering outcomes.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities for building, deploying, governing, and improving AI-powered engineering workflows.
- Experiment with emerging models, tools, and techniques and turn promising ideas into customer-facing capabilities.
- Use data and evidence to identify software delivery bottlenecks and create continuous-improvement products.
- Help define effective engineering practices for teams where humans and AI build software together.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a history of building products, systems, tools, automation, workflows, or side projects.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently and use AI to accelerate development, research, analysis, or decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, judgment, tradeoff reasoning, communication, curiosity, initiative, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to move rapidly from idea to implementation with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building adopted systems or workflows, designing AI agents or evaluation frameworks, creating productivity-improving automation, contributing to open source, hackathons, startups, or research projects, and experimenting with modern AI models or developer tools.
