Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and extend the agentic coding platform, including agent integrations, MCP servers, and sandboxed execution.
- Design security guardrails for permissions, secrets handling, and auditability.
- Build infrastructure for rapidly deploying internal tools and agents.
- Partner with firmware, autonomy, cloud, and application teams to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Measure adoption, cycle time, and quality to set priorities.
- Drive adoption of internal AI development tools and help engineers use them effectively and cost-efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform systems.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based tools and agents.
- Strong grounding in Python, Go, TypeScript, C++, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
- A product mindset toward internal users, including gathering feedback, shipping quickly, and iterating.
- Experience in security-sensitive environments or monorepos.
